# SOLID Protocol

Abstract— This paper explains a new mechanism based on a new supply-demand model which allows exchanges between tokens and a stable version of the token itself. It also covers the technical details how such mechanism works, by using a price formula that allows minting and burning of token without an authority. Such a new high transparency supply-demand model is possible combined with the application of blockchain.
